Mandarin's two bedroom on line 03 is 2,151 square feet on the developer's plans, larger than the Edgeworth residences quoted to us, and its lowest price is below theirs. Compare residence by residence, not price per foot, and ask both sales teams for their deposit schedules and completion dates in writing.
